Function description:

The LFP module keeps the floating charge online when it is fully charged. When the power module output is abnormal (non-output overvoltage), it provides a DC backup function with zero transition time. The built-in battery management unit performs charge and discharge management of the battery pack and provides various of protection functions, at the same time, the module’s
operating status and alarm information are reported via the alarm indication interface RS485. The RTN (+) ground in Figure 1 is only for illustration. The positive and negative output ports of the external
battery pack of the 25.6V100AH LFP battery module must be completely isolated from the module’s metal case2
Critical performance test:
Note: Unless otherwise specified, the charge and discharge tests of the battery pack and cell are performed under the environment of temperature 20 ℃ ± 5 ℃, relative humidity 25% ~ 85%, and atmosphericpressure86Kpa ~ 106Kpa
Charging mode:
When the BMS detects that there is an external charging voltage ≥29.2V, and the cell voltage and temperature are both within the chargeable range, it will turn on the charging MOSFET for charging. When the charging current reaches the effective charging current, it enters the charging mode.
